Command coffee that pursues craftsmanship

Command Coffee main coffee is roasted using the highest grade of green beans produced in India, known as MNEB (Mysore Nuggets Extra Bold), which are directly sourced. The most crucial point in roasting is ensuring that the exterior of the beans does not burn while the inside is evenly roasted. To achieve this, it is essential to thoroughly understand the characteristics of the beans and meticulously control the roasting machine‘s settings, including heat and exhaust.
After roasting, carbon dioxide begins to be released, so it is recommended to allow the coffee to degas for at least 3 to 7 days. Following this period, the coffee is best enjoyed using a paper filter extraction method.

로스팅 직후 원두에서는 이산화탄소와 기타 가스가 배출되므로, 최소 3일에서 7일간의 디게싱(Degassing) 과정을 거쳐야 커피의 맛과 향이 안정됩니다. 이 기간 동안 가스가 적절히 배출되면서 커피의 밸런스가 조화롭게 되며, 보다 깨끗하고 섬세한 풍미가 강조됩니다. 최상의 맛을 경험하려면 디게싱이 완료된 후 종이 필터를 이용한 추출 방식을 추천합니다. 이를 통해 불필요한 오일과 미세 입자를 효과적으로 제거하여 깔끔하고 균형 잡힌 맛을 더욱 돋보이게 할 수 있습니다.
